Heat ghee in a pan and add cashews. Fry until golden brown. Remove and keep aside.

In the same pan, add chopped onions, green chilies, and ginger. Saute until onions turn translucent.

Add vegetables and cook for a few minutes.

Add dalia (broken wheat) and roast for 2-3 minutes.

Add water, turmeric powder, and salt. Mix well.

Cover and cook on low heat until dalia is cooked and water is absorbed, about 15-20 minutes.

Garnish with fried cashews and coriander leaves.

Serve hot.
