  2. In the same pan, add chopped onions, green chilies, and ginger. Saute until onions turn translucent.
  3. Add vegetables and cook for a few minutes.
  4. Add dalia (broken wheat) and roast for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Add water, turmeric powder, and salt. Mix well.
  6. Cover and cook on low heat until dalia is cooked and water is absorbed, about 15-20 minutes.
  7. Garnish with fried cashews and coriander leaves.
  8. Serve hot.
