  • 2 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Almond flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 cup Coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup Maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup Almond milk
  • 1/2 cup Dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup Chopped almonds
  • 1/4 cup Powdered sugar
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, almond flour, baking powder, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix together the coconut oil, maple syrup, and almond milk.
  4. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until well combined.
  5. Fold in the dried cranberries and chopped almonds.
  6. Transfer the dough onto a floured surface and shape it into a log.
  7. Place the log onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Bake for 40 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Remove from the oven and let it cool for 10 minutes.
  10. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
