Cut the bell peppers, zucchini, and red onion into bite-sized pieces.

Thread the vegetables onto skewers, alternating between different vegetables.

In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.

Brush the vegetable skewers with the marinade.

Place the skewers on the preheated grill and cook for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the vegetables are tender and slightly charred.
