Ingredients
  • 250 gram Broccoli
  • 250 gram Cauliflower
  • 4 teaspoon Mustard Sauce
  • 2 teaspoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. Wash the broccoli and cauliflower and cut them into florets.
  2. Place the florets in a microwave-safe dish.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over the florets and sprinkle with salt and black pepper.
  4. Cover the dish with a microwave-safe lid or plastic wrap.
  5. Microwave on high for 4 minutes.
  6. Remove the dish from the microwave and carefully remove the cover.
  7. Stir in the mustard sauce.
  8. Cover the dish again and microwave for another 4 minutes.
