  3. Drain the bulgur and squeeze out any excess water.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Add the chopped vegetables, herbs, and dressing to the bowl with the bulgur. Mix well.
  6. Let the tabbouleh sit for at least 15 minutes to allow the flavors to blend.
  7. Serve chilled and enjoy!
