Ingredients
  • 2 cup Shredded Coconut
  • 1 cup Almond Flour
  • 2 teaspoon Matcha Powder
  • 3 tablespoon Coconut Milk
  • 2 tablespoon Maple Syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 pinch Salt
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the shredded coconut, almond flour, matcha powder, coconut milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix well until the mixture is evenly combined.
  3. Using a cookie scoop or tablespoon, drop rounded balls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet. Press each ball down slightly with the back of a spoon.
  4. Bake for 15 minutes, or until the edges of the macaroons are golden brown.
  5. Remove from the oven and let the macaroons cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes. Then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.
  6. Once cooled, the macaroons are ready to serve. Enjoy!
