Ingredients
  • 500 gram Potatoes
  • 50 gram Butter
  • 100 ml Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • 100 gram Breadcrumbs
Instructions
  1. Peel and boil the potatoes until tender. Drain and mash them.
  2. Add butter, milk, salt, and pepper to the mashed potatoes. Mix well.
  3. Shape the mixture into small balls.
  4. Roll the balls in breadcrumbs to coat them evenly.
  5. Place the coated balls on a baking sheet and bake at 180°C for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Let the mash balls rest for 5 minutes before serving.
