  • 2 cup Black-eyed peas
  • 1 cup Red bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup Red onion
  • 1/2 cup Cucumber
  • 1/2 cup Cherry tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup Fresh parsley
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
