Heat olive oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and diced onion, and sauté until they become translucent.

Pour in crushed tomatoes and white wine. Stir in dried basil, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper. Bring to a simmer.

Reduce the heat to low and let the sauce simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Meanwhile, cook your desired pasta according to package instructions.

Once the sauce has thickened, remove from heat and stir in fresh basil leaves.
