  • 16 ounce Brussels Sprouts
  • 4 medium Shallots
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoon Maple Syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts and cut them in half.
  3. Peel and slice the shallots.
  4. In a large bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts and shallots with olive oil, maple syrup, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Spread the mixture on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  6. Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the Brussels sprouts are tender and caramelized.
