Ingredients
  • 200 gram Wheat gluten
  • 100 gram Carrot
  • 100 gram Broccoli
  • 100 gram Bell pepper
  • 100 gram Onion
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon Rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, rice vinegar, maple syrup, sesame oil, ginger, garlic, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Cut the wheat gluten into bite-sized pieces and marinate in the sauce for 10 minutes.
  3. Heat a pan or wok over medium heat and add the marinated wheat gluten. Stir-fry for 5 minutes.
  4. Add the chopped vegetables (carrot, broccoli, bell pepper, onion) and continue stir-frying for another 5 minutes.
  5. Serve hot and enjoy!
