Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large bowl, mix together the whole wheat flour, almond flour, cayenne pepper, cinnamon, and sea salt.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the coconut oil and maple syrup until well combined.

Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until a dough forms.

Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface to about 1/4 inch thickness.

Use cookie cutters to cut out desired shapes and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let the cookies cool on a wire rack for 30 minutes.
