Macrobiotic pancakes are a healthy twist on traditional pancakes, made with whole wheat flour and natural sweeteners like maple syrup.

In a large bowl, mix the whole wheat flour, baking powder, and salt.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the maple syrup, almond milk, apple cider vinegar, and melted coconut oil.

Mash the banana and add it to the wet ingredients.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.

Gently fold in the blueberries and chopped walnuts.

Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease with coconut oil.

Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the pan for each pancake.

Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
