Ingredients
  • 2 medium Zucchini
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 cup Almond Flour
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Cut the zucchini into thin strips resembling fries.
  3. In a shallow bowl, beat the egg.
  4. In another shallow bowl, mix almond flour, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Dip each zucchini strip into the beaten egg, then coat it with the almond flour mixture.
  6. Place the coated zucchini strips on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until the zucchini fries are golden brown and crispy.
  8. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
