  2. In a rice cooker, add the rinsed rice, water, and salt. Cook the rice according to the rice cooker instructions.
  3. In a pan, heat oil over medium heat. Add mustard seeds and let them splutter.
  4. Add urad dal, chana dal, curry leaves, green chili, and ginger. Saute for a minute.
  5. Add turmeric powder and mix well.
  6. Add the cooked rice to the pan and mix gently.
  7. Add lemon juice and mix well.
  8. Cover the pan and let the rice rest for 5 minutes.
  9. Serve hot and enjoy!
