  • 16 ounce Green beans
  • 2 teaspoon Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon zest
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
Instructions
  1. Bring a pot of water to a boil and blanch the green beans for 2-3 minutes.
