Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.

Add the lemon zest, lemon juice, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix well.

Gradually add the almond flour and mix until well combined.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the dough evenly onto it.

Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let it cool for 5 minutes.

While still warm, cut the bark into desired shapes.

Dust with powdered sugar and garnish with lemon zest.
