Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the dark chocolate in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each interval, until smooth.

Stir in the cashews until they are well coated with the chocolate.

Pour the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it out evenly.

Sprinkle sea salt over the top.

Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator and let it set for at least 1 hour.

Once set, break the bark into small pieces.
