  1. Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, cornstarch, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Dip each cauliflower floret into the flour mixture, making sure it is evenly coated.
  4. Place the coated cauliflower on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes, or until the cauliflower is crispy and golden brown.
  6. In a small saucepan, melt the vegan butter over low heat.
  7. Stir in the hot sauce, white vinegar, maple syrup, and water.
  8. Remove the cauliflower from the oven and toss it in the hot sauce mixture.
  9. Return the cauliflower to the oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
  10. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  11. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
