  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh Dill
  • 1 small Red Onion
  • 2 tablespoon Capers
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Cut the cauliflower into small florets.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together the olive oil, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, minced garlic, chopped dill, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Add the cauliflower florets to the bowl and toss to coat them evenly with the dressing.
