  1. Press tofu to remove excess moisture and cut into cubes.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and fry tofu until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same pan, add garlic, ginger, and dried chilies. Stir-fry for a minute.
  4. Add bell peppers and peanuts. Stir-fry for another minute.
  5. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, rice vinegar, sugar, and cornstarch.
  6. Pour the sauce into the pan and cook until it thickens.
  7. Add the fried tofu back to the pan and stir to coat.
  8. Cook for another 2 minutes.
  9. Serve hot with steamed rice.
