Ingredients
  • 500 gram Spinach
  • 200 gram Fenugreek leaves
  • 100 gram Parsley
  • 100 gram Dill
  • 100 gram Cilantro
  • 1 medium-sized Onion
  • 4 piece Garlic cloves
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon juice
Instructions
  1. Wash and chop all the greens.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté chopped onion and garlic until golden.
  3. Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt to the pan and mix well.
  4. Add the chopped greens to the pan and cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Reduce the heat, cover the pan, and let it simmer for 20 minutes.
  6. Remove from heat and let it rest for 10 minutes.
  7. Drizzle lemon juice over the dish and serve hot.
