Ingredients
  • 200 gram Macaroni
  • 200 gram Soy cheese
  • 1 cup Almond milk
  • 2 tablespoon Nutritional yeast
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the macaroni according to the package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  3. In a saucepan, heat the almond milk over medium heat until hot but not boiling.
  4. Stir in the soy cheese, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until the cheese is melted and the mixture is smooth.
  5. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked macaroni and the cheese sauce, stirring until well coated.
  6. Transfer the macaroni mixture to a greased baking dish.
  7. In a small bowl, mix the breadcrumbs and olive oil together, then sprinkle the mixture evenly over the top of the macaroni.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the top is golden and crispy.
  9. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
