Ingredients
  • 2 teaspoon Coriander Seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
  • 3 piece Cardamom Pods
  • 1 inch Cinnamon Stick
  • 5 piece Cloves
  • 1 teaspoon Black Peppercorns
  • 3 piece Dried Red Chilies
  • 4 piece Garlic Cloves
  • 1 inch Ginger
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 1 cup Coconut Milk
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
Instructions
  1. Heat a pan over medium heat and dry roast coriander seeds, cumin seeds, cardamom pods, cinnamon stick, cloves, and black peppercorns until fragrant.
  2. Remove from heat and let it cool.
  3. In a blender, add the cooled spices, dried red chilies, garlic cloves, ginger, onion, coconut milk, vegetable oil, and salt.
  4. Blend until smooth.
  5. Korma Curry Paste is ready to use. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
