Ingredients
  • 2 cup Kale
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. Wash and dry the kale leaves.
  2. Remove the tough stems and tear the leaves into bite-sized pieces.
  3. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Add the kale leaves to the bowl and toss well to coat them evenly with the dressing.
  5. Place the dressed kale leaves in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  6. Freeze the kale leaves for at least 2 hours, or until they are completely frozen.
  7. Once frozen, transfer the kale leaves to an airtight container or freezer bag.
