Ingredients
  • 500 gram Potatoes
  • 300 gram Carrots
  • 300 gram Parsnips
  • 50 gram Butter
  • 100 milliliter Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Peel and chop the potatoes, carrots, and parsnips into small chunks.
  2. Place the vegetables in a large pot and cover with water. Add a pinch of salt.
  3. Bring the water to a boil and cook the vegetables until tender, about 15-20 minutes.
  4. Drain the vegetables and return them to the pot.
  5. Add butter, milk, salt, and black pepper to the pot.
  6. Mash the vegetables using a potato masher or fork until smooth and well combined.
