Ingredients
  • 4 piece Ripe bananas
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoon Water
  • 1/4 cup Vegetable oil
Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, sugar, baking powder, ground cinnamon, and salt.
  3. Add the mashed bananas and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Mix well.
  4. Gradually add water to the mixture until a thick batter forms.
  5. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of the batter into the hot oil and fry until golden brown on both sides.
  7. Remove the fritters from the pan and drain on paper towels.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!
