Wash and trim the green beans. Peel and dice the potatoes.

In a large pot, bring water to a boil and cook the green beans for 5 minutes. Drain and set aside.

In the same pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.

Add the diced potatoes and cook until slightly browned.

Add the cherry tomatoes and cooked green beans. Season with salt and black pepper.

Cover the pot and cook for about 15 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender.
