Ingredients
  • 300 gram Courgette
  • 100 gram Chickpea flour
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 3 tablespoon Fresh coriander leaves
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Ground coriander
  • 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 cup Water
  • 4 tablespoon Vegetable oil
Instructions
  1. Grate the courgette and squeeze out the excess moisture.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the grated courgette, chickpea flour, finely chopped onion, fresh coriander leaves, ground cumin, ground coriander, turmeric powder, red chili powder, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Gradually add water to the mixture until you get a thick batter.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  5. Take a spoonful of the batter and drop it into the hot oil, shaping it into a fritter.
  6. Fry the fritters until golden brown on both sides.
  7. Remove the fritters from the pan and place them on a paper towel to absorb excess oil.
  8. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
