  2. In a bowl, mix together garam masala, turmeric, cayenne pepper, and salt.
  3. Add cashews to the bowl and toss until they are evenly coated with the spice mixture.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
  5. Add the spiced cashews to the pan and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Transfer the cashews to a baking sheet and spread them out in a single layer.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 5 minutes.
  8. Remove from the oven and let them cool for 5 minutes.
  9. Serve and enjoy!
