This is vegan, gluten free, low carb and quick meals recipe. Dish can be prepared in 25 minutes. Even a beginner can handle preparing this dish. Number of ingredients: 6.

In a bowl, mix together garam masala, turmeric, cayenne pepper, and salt.

Add cashews to the bowl and toss until they are evenly coated with the spice mixture.

Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.

Add the spiced cashews to the pan and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Transfer the cashews to a baking sheet and spread them out in a single layer.
