In a mixing bowl, combine chickpea flour, rice flour, corn flour, turmeric powder, red chili powder, asafoetida, and salt. Mix well.

Heat oil in a deep pan for frying.

Add peanuts, cashews, almonds, raisins, and curry leaves to the flour mixture. Mix until all the ingredients are coated.

Carefully drop small portions of the mixture into the hot oil and fry until golden brown.

Remove the fried snack mix using a slotted spoon and drain excess oil on a paper towel.

Allow it to cool for 5 minutes before serving.
