Ingredients
  • 500 gram Spinach
  • 250 gram Mustard greens
  • 100 gram Fenugreek leaves
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 medium Tomato
  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • 1 inch Ginger
  • 2 medium Green chili
  • 1 teaspoon Garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Oil
  • 1 cup Water
Instructions
  1. Wash and chop the spinach, mustard greens, and fenugreek leaves.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the chopped onion, garlic, ginger, and green chili until golden brown.
  3. Add the chopped tomatoes and cook until they turn soft.
  4. Add the chopped greens and cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Add the spices (garam masala, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, and salt) and mix well.
  6. Add water, cover the pan, and let it simmer for 15-20 minutes.
  7. Remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  8. Serve hot with rice or bread.
