Ingredients
  • 1 can Chickpeas
  • 2 tablespoon Tahini
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh parsley
Instructions
  1. Drain and rinse the chickpeas.
  2. In a food processor, blend the chickpeas, tahini, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, cumin, and salt until smooth.
  3. Transfer the hummus to a serving bowl.
  4. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with paprika.
  5. Garnish with fresh parsley.
  6. Let it rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  7. Serve with pita bread or fresh vegetables.
