Ingredients
  • 1 can Chickpeas
  • 3 tablespoon Tahini
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Water
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
Instructions
  1. Drain and rinse the chickpeas.
  2. In a food processor, combine the chickpeas, tahini, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, cumin powder, salt, and water.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  4. Transfer the hummus to a serving bowl.
  5. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with paprika.
  6. Serve with pita bread or fresh vegetables.
