Ingredients
  • 1 can Chickpeas
  • 3 tablespoon Tahini
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Water
Instructions
  1. Drain and rinse the chickpeas.
  2. In a food processor, combine the chickpeas, tahini, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, cumin, salt, and water.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  4. If needed, adjust the consistency by adding more water or olive oil.
  5. Transfer the hummus to a serving dish and let it rest in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  6. Serve with pita bread, fresh vegetables, or as desired.
