  4. Remove the corn from the pot and let it cool slightly. Cut the kernels off the cob.
  5. In a blender, puree half of the corn kernels with the sautéed vegetables, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  6. Transfer the puree to a bowl and mix in the remaining corn kernels and fresh basil leaves.
  7. Drain the corn husks and pat them dry. Place a spoonful of the corn mixture onto each husk and fold to form a packet.
  8. Steam the humitas for 30 minutes or until cooked through.
  9. Serve hot and enjoy!
