Ingredients
  • 250 gram Potatoes
  • 2 teaspoon Cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon Red chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon Coriander leaves
Instructions
  1. Peel and cut the potatoes into thin slices.
  2. In a bowl, mix cornstarch, red chili powder, turmeric powder, and salt.
  3. Coat the potato slices with the spice mixture.
  4. Heat oil in a pan and fry the coated potato slices until crispy and golden brown.
  5. Remove from heat and let them rest for 5 minutes.
  6. Drizzle lemon juice and garnish with coriander leaves.
  7. Serve hot as an appetizer or snack.
