In a large mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, chopped nuts, dried fruits, ground cinnamon, and salt.

In a small saucepan, heat honey, almond butter, and vanilla extract over low heat until melted and well combined.

Pour the honey mixture over the dry ingredients and mix until everything is evenly coated.

Line a baking dish with parchment paper and press the mixture firmly into the dish.
