Honey Glazed Carrots

Peel and slice the carrots.

In a large pot, bring water to a boil and add the carrots. Cook for 5-7 minutes until slightly tender.

Add the honey, salt, and black pepper to the pan and stir until well combined.

Add the cooked carrots to the pan and toss to coat them in the honey glaze.

Cook for an additional 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the carrots are glazed and caramelized.
