Ingredients
  • 500 gram Carrots
  • 4 teaspoon Honey
  • 2 teaspoon Ginger
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
Instructions
  1. Peel and slice the carrots.
  2. In a pot, bring water to a boil and add the carrots. Cook for 5 minutes.
  3. Drain the carrots and set aside.
  4. In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  5. Add the honey, ginger, and salt to the skillet and stir until well combined.
  6. Add the cooked carrots to the skillet and toss to coat them in the glaze.
