Heat the milk in a saucepan until it reaches a temperature of 180°F (82°C).

Let the milk cool down to 110°F (43°C).

Add the yogurt starter culture to the milk and mix well.

Pour the mixture into jars and cover them.

Place the jars in a warm place and let them sit undisturbed for 8 hours or overnight.

After the rest time, refrigerate the yogurt for at least 4 hours before serving.
