  2. Heat a string hopper maker or a steamer with string hopper molds.
  3. Fill the molds with the batter and press it to form thin noodles.
  4. Steam the string hoppers for about 5-7 minutes until cooked.
  5. Remove the string hoppers from the molds and serve hot.
  6. Garnish with grated coconut.
