  3. In a small saucepan, heat the maple syrup, coconut oil, vanilla extract, and cinnamon over low heat until combined.
  4. Pour the syrup mixture over the dry ingredients and stir until well coated.
  5. Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes, stirring halfway through to ensure even browning.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool completely.
