Ingredients
  • 500 gram Pumpkin
  • 2 teaspoon Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh herbs (such as rosemary, thyme, sage)
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Cut the pumpkin into wedges and remove the seeds.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, fresh herbs, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Place the pumpkin wedges on a baking sheet and brush them with the herb mixture.
  5. Roast the pumpkin in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes, or until it is tender and slightly caramelized.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
