  1. In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, honey, vanilla protein powder, oat flour, and almond milk until well combined.
  2. Line a baking dish with parchment paper and press the mixture into the dish.
  3. Melt the dark chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until melted.
  4. Pour the melted chocolate over the peanut butter mixture in the baking dish.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour or until firm.
  6. Cut into bars and serve.
