In a large pot, heat vegetable broth over medium heat. Add chopped onions, garlic, carrots, and celery. Cook until vegetables are tender.

Add canned tomatoes, cannellini beans, dried oregano, dried basil, salt, and black pepper. Stir well.

Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat and let it simmer for 30 minutes.

Add zucchini and pasta. Cook for an additional 10 minutes or until the pasta is al dente.

Stir in spinach and cook until wilted.
