In a mixing bowl, mash the banana with a fork.

Add the rolled oats, almond milk, honey, cinnamon, chia seeds, and vanilla extract to the bowl. Stir well to combine.

Gently fold in the frozen mixed berries and diced apple.

Pour the mixture into a baking dish and smooth the top.

Sprinkle the almonds on top.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the oats are golden and the fruit is tender.
