  • 1 cup Kale
  • 1 medium Cucumber
  • 2 stalk Celery
  • 1 medium Green Apple
  • 1 medium Lemon
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger
  • 2 tablespoon Chia Seeds
  • 1 cup Coconut Water
  • 1 cup Ice Cubes
Instructions
