Hasselback Potatoes

Hasselback potatoes were first created in Sweden and popularized in the United States in the 1940s.

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

Cut thin slits into each potato, parallel to the cutting board, making sure not to slice all the way through.

In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, minced garlic, fresh rosemary, salt, and black pepper.

Place the potatoes on a baking sheet and brush them with the olive oil mixture, making sure to get in between the slices.

Bake for 40 minutes or until the potatoes are crispy and golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let them rest for 5 minutes.
