Trim the leaves off the cauliflower head and cut it into 1-inch thick slices, resembling steaks.

In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, harissa paste, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.

Brush both sides of the cauliflower steaks with the harissa mixture.

Place the cauliflower steaks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cauliflower is tender and golden brown.
